I realise I am but a mere plankton in this vast ocean of blogging (or just a plank maybe!), but I’m so chuffed that people have connected with my ramblings enough to press the little thumbs up! Thanks to all those who have expressed their support and have followed my funny little blog.

I started this as a personal project and now have the added pleasure or having a supportive, like minded network of people around me. Alice in Wonderland eventually learned that “We’re all mad here” and it’s a lesson I think we can all benefit from. Thank you all for helping me continue to raise awareness of mental health and for doing the same; We can achieve so much when we work together.

Over the past few weeks I’ve been reminded of just how fragile life is and that I owe it myself and my family to keep practicing and making the changes that I want to happen- to make it count! So for now, we’ll keep on keeping on.

Here’s yesterdays video update of my progress: https://choosetransformation.files.wordpress.com/2019/04/150419.mp4

Just so you’re not alarmed, the screaming noise at the end is the guinea pigs and they are fine- Just hungry, as usual!

My sincere thanks, once again. Have a peaceful afternoon. x

    1. Thank you πŸ™‚ Ah they’ve just started doing it when I open the fridge and I just love it! I heard it when I was upstairs recently, so ran down and discovered one sat in their empty water bowl that she’d clearly just spilled everywhere. It was like she was just sat there looking at me, shouting, “Help!”

  1. Thanks for sharing what you did in the video. Indeed, life is fragile. We can go about our day to day routine and get lost with all of the things we have to do. Sadly, death can be a reminder for all of us about our time here. I like the video part. Get us some pics of that three legged deer! Take care.

    1. Thanks for your feedback, I’m glad my poor videoing technique isn’t offending anyone! Death certainly puts things into perspective and reminds me of what really matters. If I ever see the bloomin’ thing, I will totally be getting a picture, don’t you worry! Take it easy pal πŸ™‚

      1. For sure! I’m watching your first video now. I agree with limiting social media. I’ve deleted my Instagram account and taken other apps off phone. I don’t watch the news either. Thanks for being open and honest.

  2. Oh good, that’s reassuring to hear that there are others doing it too! The worrying thing is that I underestimated how difficult it would be to not keep checking my phone! Like any habit I suppose, needs to be broken.

  3. A lovely video and yes, you will be okay because you are following your heart!.. it is your life, you are the only one that can live it, you are only going to have one try at it, so do it your way and you GO, girl!!.. πŸ™‚
